Study of phosphor Ba2Si3O8:Eu2+ to produce WLED devices with support from ZnCdSe/ZnSe quantum dot

We created the blue-green Ba2Si3O8:Eu2+ (or BaE) phosphor treated with Eu2+ using standard solid-state method concentration of Eu as well heating temperature properly adjusted for maximum luminescence efficacy. It is possible to excite said near-UV (n-UV) wavelengths and display its wide emission band, which 5d => 4f shift Eu2+, caused by combination activator nearby host. integrated n-UV LED create pc-LED (short diodes based on conversion phosphor). For task creating WLED device that yields significant color rendering index, we combined orange ZnCdSe/ZnSe quantum dot a distinctive sheet structure made BaE. This research demonstrates electroluminescence features elements.
